Vishal-Shekhar are today’s successful music director duo in Bollywood industry. They have made their presence felt strongly in the industry by giving super hit music for movies like Salam Namaste, Dus, Bluffmaster, Golman and many more. Espacially they have made a special place in the hearts of the youth with their lively youthful music scores.
Their efforts were paid off when they won Filfare R D Burman Award for New Music Talent for the movie “Jhankar Beats”. They usually combine techno music with Indian sounds.
Vishal Dadlani is also the vocalist of Mumabi-based electronic band “Pentagram”, and even was a VJ at one point of time for Channel V.
Vishal’s band was voted “Artist of the Month” by MTV. They also won the Channel V Award for “Best Live Band”.

I didn’t see any Sa re ga ma pa episodes. Recently when i was browsing the You tube i saw some the songs sung by the contestants. I am not a person who writes or is crazy of celebrities etc. But this one time i can’t help but write.
I saw the songs sung by Poonam. She is exceptional. Her voice is divine, even now her voice rings in my ears. I am not telling you cause of her background(yes, she is an inspiration to a all of us). She is the best of girl(undoubtedly) and in par with boys. I am trying to see if any of u have actually given her any contracts. I am very disappointed.
I hear you guys giving contracts to others but the most deserving. giving contract to Poonam, you are not only appreciating a phenomenal singer, but you will be noted down history like RD sir who made songs which people even now enjoy and cherish. it’s a win-win situation.
I am writing this(which is out of character), cause it would be very sad to lose such a beautiful voice….

Keep up the good work. You guys are our heroes and you are the honest peoples. As I promised will be buying all the music you compose and will watch all the movies you do. That I promise. Hey all,
Firstly props/kudos/hats off to all the contestants of Saregama, all the Mentors, and specials guests and all the supporters, you have honestly made this show AWESOME, I am a huge fan!
I think that the real competition has now started. The edge-of-the-seat- thrilling outcomes of who is the next one voted off will now make or break the show.
I see alot of comments regarding Mauli getting voted off. Firstly, I think that Papida’s dramatic scene to leave the show was not only uncalled for but it was very unprofessional - and rather unfair to Sumedha. Anyone recall Ismail Darbars drama scene in last years Saregama? I do think that it was time for bubly and flirtatious Mauli to part ways with Saregama. She is a great singer, no doubt but she does not compare to the the contestants that are left now.
She does have a unique style and should only stick to that style of singing. I agree that the show is to single out one ALL AROUND superb singer, and I really do not think she has what it takes to even be in the top 5. Singers like Ammanat, Poonam, Raja, and Aneek have proved to be great singers in any genre they sing in. Sure, some of them perform better in some songs than in others. Voters need to consider their over all performance on the show, they need to consider who has continuously improved their ability to sing and perform. Mauli was entertaining to watch, but I would definately not consider her to be competition material especially at such a cruical stage.
HR is a great singer, and congrats to him for coming so far in his career. He is a supportive mentor and is very passionate about his team. I however think he gets a little TOO passionate when he attempts to justify reasons as to why members of his gharana don’t perform up to par. His team is very talented and he got lucky to have two strong singers on his team, however I don’t think it is right for him to ’sell’ Aneek and Mussarat after their performance and the fact that he keeps asking Mussarat to keep singing NF Ali songs AFTER he has already perfomed is getting annoying (ie the comedy-genre episode) I think HR is an awesome and talented guy, he just needs to relax and watch the show instead of attempting to RUN it.
VS duo is off the hook! They are a very talented and experienced team that brings much value and realness to the show. They provide constructive critisim and strive to see each contestant embrace their comments to becoming better singers. They utilize their role as mentors to provide a more realistic and contrcutive approach. They give credit when it is due and will be honest and fair in their judging regardless of who the person is (ie admitting that Raja had not performed up to par when he sang Pardesi Pardesi). Vishal seems a little hard - and critical. Although his comments are blunt, he is very honest. He doesn’t beat around the bush and he is very straight up which is what I like about him!
As for Shekhar - I AM IN LOVE with him. I reckon he’s already got a flock of beautiful ladies around him. He is gorgeous looking. I love the sexy rugged look he has. He is very charismatic on screen, not just his looks but the way he speaks and his actions. He has got the perfect ‘boy next door’ look and he honestly needs to come down to Toronto!

The show is now getting more and more exciting, can’t wait to see who gets voted off next!

Dear All Judges,
I guess in S, Re Ga Ma Pa whole process is mess now.
I guess you all need to decide contestants are not from any Gharana anymore.
No Judges should support any of these contestants anymore.
All you need to encourage public to vote or participate.
I think you all need to week up now and talk each other for now and future SRGMP;
Especially something wrong with bappida, Himesh, and sometimes both of you. You all need to stop taking side for your own contestants; Ismailji is more or less fair. But again I meant all judges. Himeshji talk little too much.
I guess Bappida to much with Mauli though she is not a good singer at all. She sings like a Friday nightclub performer and truth is She is not a singer that SRGMP looking for.
I see prospect in top six Poonam, Raja, Amanat, Aneek, shumeda and Mussarrat.
Vishal Shekar was saying Junaid had throat infection. Harpeet not feeling well since he came in the show. is this for sympathy to win!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
And it doesn’t look great when a judge walks in the stage after anyone good performance.
Fact is that actual singer should always keep himself or herself ready for the show.
“They will be judged by their presentation, clothing, music, quality of voice, and stage or audience performances” Not by sexy appeal, Jokes, Love story, or for salam / pronam.
You all 5 of them can choose these five categories and mark accordingly. So, that help audience can pick TRUE singer.

To all the mentors..
It was very disappointing to see that USA Hip hop getting 7/10 where she did not actually sing a song, she disrepected the meaning/feel of the song. At the same time, the girl who sang Ae mere vatan ke logo..did a lot better than that hip-hop. And why is that hip-hop being judged on her previous performances everytime she screws up ?? Tell me honestly, is there some kinda politics going on behind the curtains. Let me tell ya.. if that hip hop lasts on the show for one more episode, I am not wasting my time watching this show any more. If politics wins over talents, you better watch out !!! People ain’t stupid ! That girl is making me nauseous now !!! If you admire her singing a lot..let her sing for your compositions/movies/videos. But please take that torcher out of the show.

I think u r having d strongest contestants amongst all,u both r doing gr8 job as u encourage each contestant..u never discourage anyone,it seems dat u both r gud humans too..u respect n care others feelings.
U know y ur gharana is powerful amongst d 4……bcoz its d power of ur support u provide 2 ur yodha,i luv 2 see u both 2gether.
U both gives energy 2 d show as u both enjoy d show n seeing u both enjoying,it feels gr8.
I like raja hasan in ur gharana.
I liked ur latest song ‘Bring it on’4m ‘tara rum pum’..n ur ‘crazy kiya re’ makes everyone crazy.
These lines r very few..In short “HATS OFF” 2 both of u..

Give Sumana the contestants the opportunity to sing their own choice and dress their own choice until maybe top 10 - If you are going to follow like the Americans then do it properly

This saragamapa competition is so unfair and un just. I am from Toronto canada and have seen Sumana ganguly won so many major challenges and is a talented singer - you people have no respect for her - or the other contestants. You dress them inapropriately and give them songs not of their choice. June 15 the judges did not even commented properly of Sumana 2 seconds comment from Bapi and your other judge what is that. more time is spent on showing up the judges and other (judges favourite contestant)
Sumana has canada backing her and you all are very political
