This is to Aanshi….

You wrote in the spoiler for 22 Feb.. “Also, present there were Aamir Hafiz and his family, apologizing on stage to one and all for their misbehavior and bad conduct.”

I watched this episode and did not see either Amir or his family on the show. Did I blink and miss them? Would it be possible for you to let me know where in that episode did Amir and his family make an appearance??

A response from either Aanshi or fans of the show would be much appreciated.

As always, beingfair, I have to agree with you. Do you think if Tanmay sang and only sang, no advertising or joking around, that he would still be in the show? No. Anamika is the best singer but Tanmay will most likely win the show, I am sorry to say so. I just saw the show with the challenge 2007 contestants on it. As usual, Tanmay’s performances were lackluster. the 1 acception would be his classical song last week. And something about the show today, I wish Amanat could have been present. He was in the top 3 and he is not seen at all, he got much farther than Mauli but she’s is all over the place. Amanat should be getting all the acknowledgement and fame he deserves. He is too good to be left out like that. And this is coming from an Aneek fan.

i completely agree with you beingfair, but its hard because its not easy to find competetion that can compete with people like anamika. This is when they get people like vaishali or tanmay to fill in the gaps for reasons other than talent. and these kids get away with votes by pulling the attention way from the fact that they cant sing and have the audience at their feet because they can entertain.

Hi Delhi_gurl,
I don’t know what you understood from my point about Vaishali and Tanmay. I do say things that I can see with my own eyes. Why I used them as an example is because I want to emphasize the point that public is BIASED towards “Tamasha”. No doubt Vaishali and Tanmay are smart but public is not equally smart to understand that what they are looking for is talent. They get carried away by these Tamashas and a talented candidate like Smita comes in bottom 3.
One can go very far with his street-smartness but if he lacks the actual talent in comparison to his couterparts he gets stuck at a point.
That’s what I believe. This competetion is a small thing when it comes to actual competitions in life you got to be genuinely talented and of course stree-smartness adds extra credits to it.
I think Tanmay wouldn’t have been in this show if the public was not biased.. he can not be compared with people like Anamika and vasundhara..

Come on that is not (right) … don’t say like that for poor Vaishali or Tanmay.
Lest get little out of the topic
I think Vaishali was not a bad singer and was eliminated at the correct time. Yes there is a scope of argument there were better singer than her and they got eliminated earlier. But that is what the competitive world has for you. You can not expect fare game every time you are out there.
We have singer Like Sonu Nigam and also we have Singer like Himesh Reshamiya and both are successful.
So let us not be bad towards Tanmay he managed a position in the Final 3 and I honor his achievement.
Yes there is a open scope of argument like the kid Sagar Sen form Delhi I think he was talented but hard luck again Rohit Shyamroa he was also well talented but could not made it to the finals. It do not mean that if you are a outstanding singer you will achieve a position in the top 3. At times you need to be smart.

Wow! I just watched some of Anwesha’s videos on youtube and she is amazing! She has a softness in her voice that I love. No matter what song she sings, she can make it sound good. She has sang songs in the show that Anamika has sang in SRGMP Lil Champs and i prefer Anwesha’s versions. But, because lil champs is my main show, i will continue to support Anamika. Best of luck to Anwesha though.

I’v been depending on this site for the LIL Champs videos for so long and I’v been extremely grateful and happy for the chance to watch them online as I dont have access to satelite. I’m disappointed that the videos for Feb 9,15,& 16 havn’t been uploaded yet nor has there been any explanation of why the latest episodes haven’t been uploaded.If anyone would kinly please explain to me as maybe I have missed a post or something I would be very thankful/grateful.

that’s what i meant. Forgive Amir and give him a chance to perform in GRAND FINALE like other voted out contestents. I AM from a HINDU BRAHAMIN family. I don’t think cast and color has to do anything with music or art. YES, amir deserves to be in shows and part of world tour. I would love to see him in N.Y. POOR KID, GOD have mercy and bless him.

I think what Shiny meant was that Amir be given a chance to perform like all other eliminated contestants in the Grand Finale. I dont think she was suggesting giving him any special treatment.

yeah, Hema was very good. But I liked Nihira and Himani more.
And btw, I recommend Anwesha as well. Though, Aishwarya is equally good. But others in that show are quite mediocre.

hahhaha i actually only watch saregamapa…cos in malaysia its the only one they show.. as i do most of my surfing online at work (naughty me) i rarely watch anything on you tube…:)

but since you have recommended it and i trust your judgement i will try to watch it today..

however if i get caught and layed-off…will ya loan me some cash to tide things over for…say…a couple of years

It’s not Zee who eliminated Amir it’s the public. If you request Amir to sing then what about the rest of the candidates who also got eliminated? Like Smita…Vasundhara they were also good! His parents apology has nothing to do with his singing in the finale.

i hope ZEE & judges consider this on synpathy grounds for AMIR, his family is uneducated, but we shouldnot sacrifice kid’s future for their stupidity. I AM A HINDU i have heart for AMIR. MAY GOD BLESS HIM. I heard that AMIR’s famaly apoloziged for their act. ZEE team Pls pls forgive AMIR, HE was wven saying form stage. HE is a sandwich in between. PLEASE CONSIDER HIS FUTURE. LEt HIM BE BACK IN LITTLE CHAMP TEAM FOR SHOWS AND TOURS. AS audience this is our request to ZEE TV SAREGAMA TEAM.

hi guys i know Amir’s family acted inaapropriately but poor AMIR, i feel bad for the kid. I am praying that ZEE shows grace and let him sing in finale and bring him for world tour.

Nihira has been doing a lot of shows in India and US. She has even sung for a few Hindi movies like Salaam-e-Ishq.
Hemachandra has sung for a few Telugu movies. He also released a music album with Harry Anand as composer.

If independence day was the reason then what is Junid doing in India and also Mussarat The visa laws are really complicated for any country. Specially the visa law between India and Pakistan. So that is an isolated incidence that happen. Life or career do not stop there both needs to go and that will never be a reason. We all know he has a better career in India than back home. So he is definitely trying to come but may be he is waiting. I think there is no end for this discussion so lets not continue on this.

I also heard that there was some Visa issue with Amanat and so the contract was terminated. But here I see somebody has brought up the “independence day episode ” as the reason.

And don’t worry about moderation. Everybody has faced it! Its nothing personal.
I was also not allowed to enter the site for a couple of days like others due to technical problem.

Some comments go into moderation when your post has some words which I have set for moderation.. Its not particulary you.. I have 20 and 30 comments every 6 hours to clear in moderation..

And this is not because your comments may be provocating or anything.. Its just the way I have set so sometimes they go into moderation..

Amanat family has hold him back to participate in any of Zee’s shows. He has broken the contract with Zee.. Independence day’s scripted show, where 3 pakistani participants were forced to appologize for doing nothing, caused them to get agitated and do this.. these shows can go to any extent to get TRP and we ignorant people are helping them out for their cause…

Smita was the best singer in this show followed by Amir, but unfortuntely both got eliminated… anyways, I happened to see performances of two contestants of Chote Ustaad of Star TV on youTube: Anvesha and Aishwarya… my god, both are amazing… zee lil champ participants stands no where near to them…

after amir’s elimination i dont really have a fav… i feel anamika should win cos amongst the three she is the best, i will be ok if rohan wins…. but if tanmay wins…hmmmmm that will be a bit (not much…just a lil bit) disappointing

so i am not rooting for anyone… let me see the episode first…who knows anamika might bomb and tanmay might not…

i have decided to reserve judgement for the last episode…

My guess is Amir and his family are coming to say sorry only. It would not be fair to the other contestants to give him a second chance so late in the competition. The winner will be crowned in 2 weeks. All the contestants have to be treated fairly, otherwise i would plead with them to bring Vasundhara back instead of Amir. Well, if they start handing “second chances” out… why not her?She was and still is my favorite of all the champs.

I should have written this up last week,it would have made more sense to do so. But, better late than never. What really draws me to this show is it is a microcosm of what human nature and behavior is like. Sure, most of the show is scripted but their are some things you can not script. As we have seen recently, some people do not take elimanation too well. Regardless of what you think of amir’s parents and Sonu’s actions, they really show life itself and how people act toward hard times. If a singer is not feeling too good one day and still gets up and sings, that toughens them up and shows their strength. (Just to show a couple of examples.) There are much more and it makes the show interesting.

Is Amir just present there or is he going to participate? I feel he should be given one more chance. Its only Zee to be blamed here for all the controversy but still good to know that Amir’s family apologised because its good for Amir’s career. I hope Amir has a bright future.

To start with in the first place I have never supported Aamir’s family’s reaction on his dismissal but I will also not support the apology part from his family. That is hurting someone dignity. I have not yet heard how they are going to apologies like what kind of words and all but in all I will not support that.

My reasons
We know his brother acted like that as he lost his state o mind.
We know that Aamir is better than Tanmay and if we think rationally any one of us would have felt like the internally but only bust out as again if he was well educated he may have able to suppress his feelings.
We know Smita’s dad was also not able to take her elimination sportingly and reacted to it in a different way.

Yes if a participant mis behave and apologies that is accepted but not the family….
This is my view on this …

I think Amant is doing few project in Pakistan and Dubai but Zee was force to cancel the contract because of some Visa issue with India and this is the reason he is trying to work outside Zee contract. That what I read somewhere I could be wrong.

I have not read anything about Mussarat

I think we have not seen Vinit / Heamchandra /Nehera /Poonam after the show ….

It’s good to hear that Aamirs family are appologising for their actions last weeks.

I think it wouldn’t hurt for Sonu to say sorry for what he said on saturday.

To me Anamika has the best voice, hope she wins!!!!!Rohanpreet also bril. Tanmay is annoying…can’t believe he made it to the final 3 much rather had seen Aamir in his place but never mind, winning a competition is not always important, it’s the participating and being recognised for having talent.

Hope Anamika wins…..like Kajol said girls are the best!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I’m glad Amir’s family will make an effort to salvage the goodwill Amir has built among his mentors, friends and fans. Its always difficult to apologise and doing it publicly, even if its a predecided script by zee, needs a lot of courage, so good for them. Some lessons are learnt the really hard way and there’s a lesson in this for everyone, including the zee team. I’m really happy for Amir. Now he can partake of all the fun and glamour of the finale with his friends.

And I’m sure the dissipation of tension will enhance the performances of the top 3 champs. We may not realise it but kids empathise with each other much better than adults do.

Quite possible. I heard that he initially joined 2 yrs contract with zee which means he can’t join other projects without zee’s permission. He must have got a lot of offers from his own country as well…definately won’t like to stick to zee only.

Now, I hope people will not be afraid of working with Amir and he will get all the fame and success that he deserves. It’s cool to see Aneek after so long. But, I also wonder. What happened to Poonam? She is my second favorite. She wasn’t invited last time challenge 2007 contestants visited the Little Champs.
