   i know shari_bhhai was not very popular here…but i gotta agree with him i dont prefer vasu over the rest…i think she is technically good but her voice i just dont like…

   i also hope the best kid wins…and right now i think amir is doing a good job…just hope he maintains it

   well u entitled to ur opinion hkb79 and no one can stop from expressin how u feel abt certain singers as how sharibhai feels abt vasundara.he feels that vasundara duzent hav any power,feelin and consistency to drive sum1 to listen to her.well he may be wron as alot of ppl like her on this site so it will be interestin how the votin process goes.hope aamir makes it thru.hes a brilliant singer.may the best kid win

   HR FAN,
   It is too early to decide a winner. The strongest contenders according to me are Smita, Aamir, Anamika & Rohit. Having said that we have seen flashes of brilliance from Rohit, Vasundhara and Vibhore as well.

   @hkb79,
   As far as voting goes, I personally, do not keep any factors other than singing in mind. But I am sure a majority does. I remember there was a hue and cry about air-time during Challenge 2007 as well.

   you are right about it being to early to predict the voting trend… im actually talking about my home situation… there is a huge group that watches and we notice that more airtime is given to certain kids and less to certain.

   for example they spend alot of time on vaishali and vasundra… and very little on rohanpreet (sweet boy with amrit voice) and amir (who i think is super good - and should win unless smita/sahil/anamika do something about it)

   and we know that normally the media has a great impact on how we vote..its done and we dont realise its happening…small things like airtime does influence votes…but only at the early stages cos there are more competitors.. later on where there are 3 or 4 left voting is more reflective on ability rather than lasting impressions

   im punjabi too..but that does not mean i would vote for rohanpreet..cos i think amir is better

   unfortunately i have to admit that i am influenced by tanmay’s cuteness (very intelligent boy when it comes to song selection and stage presence) and vibhore’s cuteness (such a little hunk)…i am rooting for them to make it far…:)

   i am part of the public … and if all this is going through my head.. what about the others?

   look at this site… there is already a popularity trend here… there is a vasu-camp and an amir-camp. the voting trend can be reflected just from most of the comments…

   try this… who do you want to win this competition?
   based on singing ——
   based on who you really like ——

   for some of us it could be 2 different answers..why ? cos we like someone not only for their singing on this show but also how much they entertain us and make us smile…:) my 1st answer would be amir for singing and 2nd answer tanmay cos i think he is so cute…:)

   the apology was sincere my friend hr-fan i love this show and this site has helped me channel all my thoughts and insights on the matter in a very good way… i hate confrontations as well

   thanks for the update on vaishali’s high marks… i still think she shouts when she sings…but maybe cos she is so small in size she tries to compensate by talking loudly and singing loudly so that ppl dont forget her…:)

   to hkb79 regardin the question u asked me abt why sharibhai gav vaishali those marks it was because he felt that she chose a song that suited her and executed it to the best of my ability.i hope that iv been able to answer ur question to the best of my ability.hope u reli did mean the apology as it is best not to have confrontations.may the best kid win

   gud point u make there musicbuff.so who do u predict is goin to win this competition?to me aamir cud win this competition provided that the public is favourable towards him and his performances get beta and beta.if this the case public cant be too harsh when votin as these are kids wherelse adults are meant to experience the tough side ota life.not that im kids shudnt but ppl must take it easy wid them such as judges and public and guide them the best way u can.may the best kid win

    to hkb79 why do u say that abt rohanpreet abt him not bein the popular choice and all that?cos in my opinion i believe that rohanpreet could possibly go all the way if performances get beta and beta.also that hes from punjab which means he will get alot of votes as punjabi ppl support their guy till the end.thats what iv heard hope im rite as hes a very gud singer.to those guys who found sharibhais marks observant and insightful hel be givin them on saturday.his a very busy man

    Thanks for the explanation. could you please ask sharibhai why he gave vaishali such high marks? just curious cos i think she was not that good. she is very very smart with her stage presence but she is not the bomb when it comes to singing.

    to hkb79 abt the dangerzone i asked sharibhai and he told me that he determined the dangerzone regardin judeges point of view by the grades they gave the contestants.accordin to the judges grades smita and sahil got the worst grades thats why sharibhai had predicted smita would go ot.smita got the worst grades and comments from judges.dont think that sharibhai is wantin smita to go cos he duzent jus bein practical on how public could vote due to the judges judged her.if sharibhai had his way he would want vasundara to go out cos he jus cant stand her singing.well regardin sharibhais dangerzone he has determined by the marks he gave and he feels that anamica,rohit and vaishali should be safe and not in the dangerzone.but he feels the singers that could possibly in dangerzone are vasundara,sahil,aamir,smita,rohanpreet,tanmay and vibhor.despite the singers he possibly thinks could be in dangerzone hes hopin that aamir is safe as his one of the best singerz in competition.i hope that iv answered ur questions hkb79 and i jus have a request to you and beingfair and everyone else to plz call me by my proper name which is RAHUL VAIDAYEE.because if u guys continue to torture ppl like this by antagonizin them over their identity ppl would never want to cum to this site.so i request the admin to stop this from happening.may the best kid win

    Smita is FAR superior to Vaishali, Sahil, Vibhor and Vasundhara

    The judges are biased and so are the producers

    Their comments make no sense. Of course the judges are not exactly fountains of musical knowledge are they ?

    Sharibhai,
    I agree with your grading to a large extent. But I don’t think Vaishali did a good job. Vaishali is the one who should leave next week and not Smita. Smita selected a wrong number this week. That’s it. Tanmay is really good in selection…he is smart. The other kids should learn this from him.
    I think your grade could have been one point higher for Amir.

    i think your points are ok…fair.. BUT how can you say vaishali was good… she shouts when she sings…

    and i dont understand what you mean by danger zone.

    im going to publish sharibhais marks and grades.for those who r interested url r welcome to giv positive feedback and if not dont bother wastin ur time.NB:these marks are purely on singing and no discrimination against anybody for whatever physical or mental disabilities the person may hav.so plz no bashin when marks bein released

    here are the marks

    anamica 8 (A)- excellent performance
    vasundara 4 (E)- inconsistent performance
    rohit shyam 8 (A) - rocking performance
    Vaishali 8 (A) - one of her best performances
    aamir hafeez 6 (C) - gud performance
    vibhore 7 (B) - had a lot of feelin sur was ok
    sahil 7 (B) - same as vibhore but sharp at times
    rohanpreet 6 (C)- cud have done better like aamir
    smita 4 (E) - too screechy and not gud at all
    tanmay 6 (C) - was gud but song was easy.

    sharibhais judgement on judges dangerzone
    there are only 2

    sahil solanki B+ and A
    smita nandi B+ and B+

    sharibhais dangerzone the followin are:

    vasundara 4
    aamir 6
    vibhor 7
    sahil 7
    rohanpreet 6
    tanmay 6
    smita 4

    my prediction is that smita will go ot as she got the worst grades and comments from judges.

    its gud to know that u like ur contest vasu and that ur willing to support her all the way but there is a problem when ppl such as sharibhai are bein bashed and in this case was thrown ot of the forum because of his honest points over vasundaras singing.im not tryin to make u feel bad jus tryin to make u luk at sharibhais side cos his not against vasundara jus duzent like her singin in general.thats all and i wud apreciate if u guys in the forum dont bash sharibhai and every1 has an opinion shud be respected regardless whether u guys like it or not.as i said if u guys dont like it and hav nuthin gud to say then plz dont waste ur time jus say how u felt abt the performance rather than bashin one another as no1 goin to get anywhere.well thats my opinon and may the best kid win

    Why would Vasu get a D or E or F. The girl is extremely talented. Probably saturday wasn’t her day but Friday she was too good. My only request, even to quote an example please don’t use
    Vasu as the punchbag. That poor lil girl is deprived already. We don’t need to rub it in. Just close ur eyes for 2 secs and try to do a jig. You’ll feeel that the world is falling apart. I tried it believe me or not. That’s the reason i love the girl beyond words. To root for that girl doesn’t mean sympathetic, she is talented and she deserves it. She has to memorise songs without reading them, just try it , you would probably appreciate the difficulty.
    I again request please root for your own champs dont bash Vasu darling here.

    its interestin that judges gav such marks to contestants that u wudn expect like vaishali A+s all the way but she must hav sang well.i jus hav a request to the guys in the forum when im postin sharibhais marks on this forum plz dont say anythin bad as every1 has a rite to express their opinions even if he has to giv vasundara a mark like E or D or F.happy votin
