Amir is the best singer. You cannot compare with Tanmay and Rohan. They are good but not as good as Aamir. Aamir and Anamika is most deserving to win first and second position. Third position is deserved by many but since Vasundara come close to 5th positon so she should be the third positon in the top three. This would be the ideal result of the lil champs 2007 based solely on talent. The present result of the top three is Zee decided result why because to earn lot of revenue from punjab, assam bengal and UP. When you talied the votes the total votes cast to 1.2Crores votes. Talent hunt is just the name, real purpose is to generate lots or revenue on the hard labour of these kids.

My Goodness! I still don’t understand what’s the big deal in saying “hamare watan” and how is this particular phrase related to “Mussarat and Amanat” of all the people? I don’t think anyone will try to make any meaning out of these two phrases.
There are some people who don’t have any other work they just try to find out meanings that somehow fits well in their “fund…talist (this word would sent my comment to moderation) attitude”.
Ronhini, if you hadn’t brought up this topic probably I would have never thought about it in my wildest dream. Please let us not discuss or even bring up these issues…! They are so ugly and it just speards hatered. We all like to talk about nice things and be friendly with each other don’t we?

    Jaiganesh,

Just chill, I am copying a post written by a person named Jay in another blog. I hope this post answers a few of your quetions.
    ————————————————-

I have read the comments above. I appreciate many different point of views but I still think that the judges are very biased. Both Sonu and Suresh were constantly giving nasty comments on Aamir’s performance. Isn’t it obvious that the judges were so good to this kid early in the show? Isn’t it all changed when he became public’s favorite and got the huge singing opportunity of singing for Amitabh? Jealous judges 

The way Aamir’s family reacted was uncivilized. I am not justifying their reaction. But they had a valid point. In Suresh’s show when Rohan and Vasu were bottom two and as per rule one of those should have gone. If it would have happened, Aamir’s winning chances were 1/4. Because of no elimination, his chances were reduced to 1/5. The following week, when Vasu got eliminated, Aamir was on top. If Suresh’s episode had had the elimination, logically speaking Aamir would have been safe. What wrong his family did to bring up that issue? Many would argue that his family should have complaint when they made this exception. Common guys there was a huge peer pressure and they gave just few seconds to make a decision. I am sure if they would have given a day to think about it or they would have given a secret ballot option, not only Aamir’s family but other families would have voted against it. Think objectively and tell me if this does not make sense to you?

Bad things happen… I can tolerate that Aamir got eliminated. What is hard to digest is Sonu’s disgusting comment about Aamir’s family. Yes, they were disrespectful and uncivilized. However, wasn’t it obvious that it was all pre-planned to provoke Aamir’s family? When the result was announced, why Aadi spoke to Tanmey rather than Aamir? In all previous episodes, the focus is on the contestant booted out… why such a cold treatment to Aamir? Why was Aadi so argumentative with Aamir’s brother? Why the camera followed them outside? When Sonu and Suresh left the show (when Loria’s father had an argument), Zee never showed the great judges reaction. Nobody tried to stop them outside and provoked them to respond, and telecast that on national TV. One minute they were there and the second minute they were gone. One minute Richa Sharma on stage and the second minute she was on the judges’ seat. What happened between this period was smartly edited. When it came to Aamir’s family, the entire drama was captured very effectively. Why were the stand-by camera’s ready outside the hall?

This was not the worst. I think I am (like many others) appalled by Sonu’s comments. How dare he said “ek minute gharib ban kar bethey they…. Jis thaali mai khatey hain” These were extremely low and disgusting comments. Logically speaking, what it had to do with them being poor or rich? What it had to do with thali mai chaid? The money Aamir received is between Aamir and those who gave the money. Who is Sonu to make any comment on that? Sonu quit Sare gama pa when he got offers from film industry and so on. Did to also do thali mai ched? Aamir got famous because of his outstand singing quality, not because of any favor from Sonu or zee tv. Why should his family do not raise their voice against injustice? Even if there was no injustice they have all rights to raise their voice – they are in a democratic country. They have no right to insult anyone’s background. And similarly, if Sonu wanted to share his opinion he could have chosen more sensible words like Ustaad Amjad who criticized Aamir’s family with such dignity. What Sonu said was very sour. To make fun of someone just because they are poor is so pathetic. To remind you, his comment was: “abhi gharib ban kar bethey they…” Very pathetic Sonu.

In the US, when Kramer (from Sinfeld) made a comment about black community, his entire career got doomed. Since that time he has got no chance in movie or tv at all. In the UK, when Jade Goody made comments about Shilpa Shetty (which were conceived by many as racial comments), Jade got booted out of the show and the tv network lost millions in commercials. The majority of public in UK backed Shilpa for her reasonable reaction. Not to mention that Jade’s career was over. That is called a social justice. Even though, both Kramer and Jade came on tv and apologized but

Are we going to give any credit to Aamir – merely a 10 year old boy who handled the entire situation so gracefully? Doesn’t it show anything about his upbringing? Sonu ridiculed about Aamir’s family being poor. His comments were totally out of line and many viewers found it extremely offensive. Those who can think objectively and those who appreciate social justice should react. I really don’t care if Sonu apologize to viewers this Friday. The damage is done. I have unsubscribed zee tv and I am never going to buy any of Sonu’s cd. I sincerely wish I could have done more.

I have nothing against anyone. These are the facts which I am writing here. I don’t want to have controversy with anyone. Please chill!

People are just nitpicking and fighting for some irrelevant, non-sensical issues, like Amir’s father said hamare watan. Common guys what he meant by hamare watan was his city Bhopal. More over people clubbed this issue with Mussarat and Amanat saying that for Amir’s father they are from his watan just because he used those names to tell Zee that Zee has done injustice earlier also. Amir’s father mentioned Mussarat and Amanat names at the end long after he said hamare watan which was his first line and people just mixed these two lines into one paragraph. For god sake, don’t spread hatred, please spread love and peace and lets have unity against Zee. Its Zee who is the culprit and playing with people’s emotions.

Amir Hafiz’s elimination was so shocking. You wonder the same kid who sang Teri Deewani, Ishq Mein Lut Gaye, Ya Rabba, Jiya Dharak Dharak Jaaye, Pyar Ka Signal, Saware, Ruth Ke Humse Kahin etc is eliminated. I am so very thankful to youtube that I can listen to Amir again.

It’s the typical Zee again playing tricks and games. Amir’s brother reaction was very bad he proved that he is illiterate. But what less was Sonu Nigam, the language he used shows no difference between him and Amir’s brother. At least, Amir’s brother has an excuse of being illiterate and Sonu being the leading Bollywood singer has no sense of sophistication.

If I look back Amir’s brother was right in what he was saying but the only problem was that he didn’t put across his point clearly. If there was no elimination round then Amir was in top 3. If Vasundhara was eliminated that week then the next week it would have been either Rohanpreet or Tanway because they were in bottom 2 as Amir had topped that week even if they included the previous week’s votes. So, because of Zee’s mistake of keeping non-elimination round Amir had to go!!!

No doubt they asked the parents and they all agreed but no one thought this situation would come. Zee should take care of all these things as they are the organization and they are running this competition. Zee can’t say that they had taken the parent’s permission. It’s not the responsibility of people to check if the competition is fair and it would end rightly if they take any decision in the middle.

No one to blame here but Zee and judges play along as they receive their pay check from them. I don’t know why Zee wants to have all such controversies, may be in the short term Zee TRP would go up but in the longer run Zee is spoiling its reputation. How can companies be so short sighted?

The sad part is Amir has suffered the most, I hope people identify his talent and he succeeds in his career. I also hope Amir’s family come out of their short sighted view and concentrate on having experience, exposure and building network.

Instead of making it destructive and divisive Zee could have made it constructive and united people than spreading hatred among people by showing all the off stage drama. If Amir’s brother had put the same point with sophistication in front of public then Zee would have been embarrassed and they had to accept their mistake and they may have had a non-elimination round again to give one more chance to Amir and to correct themselves. If Zee wanted it would have handled the situation in such a way that everyone is happy and the competition is also in the right track. As I notice initially Amir’s brother was saying that its fine and he was thankful to Zee but Zee just irked Amir’s brother to have controversy and continued to annoy him until he snapped. Shame on Zee!!!

In my opinion, Amir is a very good singer, but so are Tanmay, Anamika and Rohanpreet. All of them are really really good. But all three cant come FIRST. Someone had to go, and it just happened to be Amir. Cant help it at all. Its just a coincidence that Amir is a Muslim.

And one more thing guys, last year in Saregamapa little Champs, do you know who were the top three winners?
    1)Sanchita
    2)Sameer
    3)Diwakar

    SAMEER IS A MUSLIM KID

Its ridiculous when people play the religion/poor card just because they face failure! There is literally no basis on which anybody can say that muslims are not give their due in India. Infact its the opposite. Look at Bollywood, its literally ruled by muslims. Most of the top actors are ‘Khans’ and directors who get the biggest hits, Farah Khan, Farhan Akhtar, Imtiaz Ali, Aziz Mirza are all muslims. The BEST living actresses are none but Shabana Azmi and Tabu! And what about top music composers like Ismail Darbar and AR Rehman!

Not just Bollywood, but in every field the deserving muslims have succeeded. Sania Mirza is our most popular sports-woman. Irfan Pathan is the most loved bowler in the team. Just a few months ago, the president of India was a muslim, and he was the most loved Indian president according to me.

All these celebrities are successful, because they won the hearts of INDIANS.

Even in the field of classical music, how many muslims are almost considered Gods. Ironically, when Amir got eliminated, the guest was the great great Ustad Amjad Ali Khan! So use your brains a little bit and stop saying stupid things like Amir and Amanat lost because they are Muslims!

And what the hell do you mean they ‘lost’. Just because they didnt get the maximum votes that doesnt mean they lost. Even reaching top 5 can make them much more successful. Remember the most popular singer Shreya Ghoshal had not won in Saregamapa Challenge! And even if talk about votes, Amir got more votes than Tanmay from INDIANS. Because of the international votes(apart from India, Zee TV is most popular in Middle East and Pakistan) he had to be eliminated!

Amir will be performing in the finale and will be a part of world tour. On Feb 22/08 also attending Aneek, Mauli and Raja Hassan singing with the lil champs and each will be supporting their lil champs. I also read in the India Forum but it only says that a reliable source says that Amir will be attending the finale.

    JUST FOR A LAUGH

Sonuji and Sureshji ( Looking really frazzled ): Arre kya Karen Sonu, practice session main koi bhi acha nahin gaya.. Ache Ache singers ko eliminate karke. Sonu ek aur Wild Card ho jaye? Nahin, aisa nahin ho saktha, mujhe Hollywood se bhi offers mil rahe hain.. Is show ko wrap karke jaana hai mujhe. Hum kya Karen yaar, Final hai/.

Sonu: Fikar math karo main kuch na kuch raktha hoon up my sleeve. Just play along . Teek hai.

Anamika Performs. Sureshji bends to Sonu.and whispers. Sur me gadbud hai. Sonu: Sureshji ise main handle kartha hoon. Final mein bad comments speaks ill of the program. Main Kuch karoonga.
Sonu : Yah Sharam ki bath hai ki hum log yah gaana ko nahin suna hai, Sureshji bhi nahin aur hamara guest be nahin suna. Lekin Anamika u r the best singer of the show. Is gaana aapkeliye thoda difficult hai, par achha insaf kiya, A* for you.
    Anamika: Thank you Sir.

Rohanpreet Sings and messes his Alaap : Sureshji: Badhiya gaaya yaar. Bolthi bandh ho gayi. Sonu – O pape! Main tho thera pair dekh raha tha, kya leg movement hai yaar. Ithna style mein kade ho tho Gaane ko maro goli. .Aditya thum bhi try karo na.
    Rohan: Grades tho deejiye sir.
Sonu: Kisi bhi halat meiin aapko A+ se kam nahin milna chahiye Jab thak there paav hilte rahen.
    Rohan: Thank you sir.

    Tanmay: Sings .
Suresh to Sonu: Kacha kacha lag raha hai yaar. Sonu: No problem I will take care.
Sonu to Tanmay: Gaane ke shuru mein aura anth mein kuch gadbud tha. Beech me thoda problem hogaya sur ke saath. Baaki sab bahut acha insaf kiya. Ek dum badiya. Bache hone ke bavajood difficult song try kiya na teek hai. A+ for u.
Aditya ko Ishara karthe hain, cream ke baren mein bath karne ka
Tanmay: Sir main Samsum cream kuch banaya hai. Bal sab 10 dhin me gum ho jayenge.

Sureshji: Yahin cream mujhe chahiye. Uske badh main bhi sonu ki tharah Hair bonding karoonga yaar. Koye Balon ke baren me doob jathe hain yadhon mein. Chutkoo Ram main bhi A+ detha hoon.

From my side, the message that flashed every time i tried to access was FORBIDDEN. Aanshi also removed my spoof on the lil champs. Hey comeon Aanshi, be a sport.

I felt that the performances of Rohit and Tanmay sorely lacked the ZING element. Rohan was so uncomfortable with Omkara and the song so did not suit his girlish voice.
Tanmay can market talent that he doesn’t have. Kajol was spot on with her comments and didn’t make any bones about airing her views.
By the way who is that Tanmay fan on the forum who posted and ran away?

Absolutely. Judges comments did influence public voting. They thought Amir was “NOT LISTENING” to them. I had a hunch about this.. AMIR was getting back to back bitter sweet comments - “mediocre performance from a best singer”.
I hope some one from the music industry will recognize his true music talent and give him more opportunities in future.

    @hkb79,
I agree that there is a lot of disappointment about his elimination, more so because of the way it happened. Even I am very disappointed as he definitely deserved to be in Top 3, and by the fact that it took a communal angle.
It was stupid of his parents to behave that way, but again, no surprises. Enough has been said about it, and a lot of reasons attributed to their bahaviour.
I, for one, don’t believe there were any communal reasons for his ouster, or that Zee manipulated the results. I think he got low votes which was quite expected after the kind of comments he received for two consecutive weeks. In fact, even I had predicted that he would be out.
For the last two weeks I have been thinking why he was getting such comments from Sonu Nigam even when he was performing better than Rohan and Tanmay. I was foolish to think that it is because the judges expect too much from him. The real reason became quite evident on his elimination day when Sonu spilled the beans. I think Sonu was pissed off by Amir’s attitude. He thought that Amir had taken sucess to his head, and was not giving Sonu and Suresh respect…He thought Amir would not even listen to their comments, and would take them very lightly. I think that’s what was bothering Sonu. Even on 15th Feb episode Sonu said, “what has happened to you. when u used to sing earlier, ur innocence would come through”.
But I dont know how justified he was in influencing votes against Amir, based on his whims.
I’m sure a lot of people might not subscribe to my views/take on this, but that is what I could make out of all that happened during the last few weeks.
Anyway, let’s get on with our business, and let bygones be bygones.

Tanmay must be born with the best combinations of all his star signs!!! I, to some extent feel sorry for him also because..it’s not his fault that he is doing the marketing. Zee encourages him to do so..you see!! I mean zee could have very well deleted that part…and public also is always biased towards tamashas more than talents. So the biggest winner in the show is Tanmay Chaturvedi!

i think its difficult to get off this topic :) amir had alot of us rooting for him… welcome back musicbuff :)
i also had some problems logging on last week..

to one and all.. pls stop saying that amir and his parents should be grateful to zee…its the other way round… i am not grateful to my boss for my salary… i earned it! same for amir…he earned whatever zee gave cos he did his job.. its really patronising to say…oh amir is poor so he should be grateful for what zee gave… thats silly… they boy worked his arse off…stayed away from his family for so many days. he should be grateful for the opportunity and thats it :)

secondly, give the family a break..all the parents who had their kids eliminated probably wanted to shout and scream, HOWEVER they managed to control their feelings and maybe went home and did it… amir’s family did not use their better judgement… so let it go…how many of us have completely lost it before? i know i have :) anyway its their bad luck that they lost it on tv and zee’s good luck that they managed to cash in on the drama … zee might even do more to help amir cos his masala packed elimination was stuff producers dream off…

finally shame on zee and sonu… zee for showing all the tamasha (they should have protected amir not exploited his family’s outburst)..sonu for not being more dignified..as he judge he should stay out of the controversies :)

I also hope Anamika wins the contest. She is the best by far. I am still sorry Aamir won’t compete. For next time the judges need to stick with the format and not do as they please. Also be neutral and don’t publicly announce your favorites. Tanmay has been favored by both and given far too much time (what with his offensive commercials). Just sing!!
Hope Aamir gets a platform for his voice.

To be honest, I have a lot of things in mind regarding the entire fiasco, but I’ll reserve my opinion for the time being. A lot has been said and written about it. We just need to move on. Let’s not drag it any further.
To me, for the No. 1 spot, there is no confusion, and there never was, except Smita until she was eliminated. It is Anamika all the way, now.

    terwander,

The reason each and everything should not be make open because this is not a show for those things. This is a musical show where the spirit or aatman is important. In a musical warfare music should be important and nothing else. So let us try to move forward but let us also not forget what happen in the past.

When someone participate in any competition the competitor needs to keep in mind the fact of elimination. That is call sportsmanship and competitive nature.

We also must appreciate Aditiya Narayan for his way as a young boy btw the age of 19 and 20 or may be 21 to handle the situation in so matured way. I think many of us would not be able to handle such situation. Hats off to him.

Certainly it was very sad to see Amir go the way he did. I think the family should have taken the elimination with dignity, but probably they had their own reasons to protest the way they did, which was not very civil. But the saddest thing is that Sonu Nigam, being an educated and professional person, has stooped lower than they did. He had no right to mention about the monetary gifts, etc. That was not right at all.

Anamika is a great singer. She presents the complete package for the competition. Good song selection, sweet smiles, great back to back performances, etc..
But the remaining two contestants have serious technical issues and limitation. They are working hard. But they are definitely NOT better then Amir. They are doing most fundamental mistakes most of the time. Amir is gifted and never ever did basic technical mistake. ANY one with some music background would definitely give it for Amir. The objective is to find the best talent or best entertainer?????
I definitely believe that Rohit was also great singer. He lost against Vishali… That day I thought this show is NOT about finding the right talent. Amir will have to pay a big price for his family’s behavior. He will need lot of luck… I wish ZEE call him back and give him nice farewell like other contestants. I also hope they allow his family to go on the air, apologize and try to UNDO some of the damage.

Just to point out, that Aishwarya Majmudar of SVOI Chte Ustad was also a contestant of SRGMP lil champs last year!
She fell sick and when Gajendra Singh wanted her to come back almost all the parents (except a few) objected! They knew she would be great competitor.
Now Gajendra Singh ji has brought her back in SVOI and she is rocking!

Kajol pointed out correctly. “pyar to hona hi tha” was much better than “mere khwabo mein”. I don’t know if the second performance was A+ worthy. I felt Rhanpreet’s both performances were of less energy. Judges are behaving bit strangely. May be I am wrong. I really miss Aameer. He deserved to be in top 3.

Anamika is good singer but I don’t think she has come to the stage where we can tell that she can be a good playback singer. On the other side, SVOI Chhote Ustaad, gave 2 excellent talents. This time SRGMP is kind of talent-less. But, Anamika, Rohanpreet and Ameer were best among them, no doubt about that.

Its true that the family background and lack of polish had something to do with their behavior. I still don’t think that it excuses it. Look at how well Rohit’s dad, a single parent who quit his job to support his son in the show, took his surprising early exit.
“How come Sureshji did not think of offering him training to improve his best, if indeed he expected lot from Aamir”
Suresh usually offers students to join his training after they get eliminated when the show honors the contestant. How could he offer Aamir that choice when his family dragged him off before they did that?? Aamir was deprived of his spotlight and the chance for the show to honor him for his performances because of this facade. I’m sure that Suresh would have been more than willing to take him as a student.
Aamir is a sweet id who is a talented singer. The judges critiqued him as much as the others and in the end every voter has a personal preference- the top 4 were close. I admire the way he congratulated Tanmay after losing and kept telling his brother to stop fighting. Hopefully someone can make his family see sense in making the right decisions for his future.

You remember the performance of “Aami je Tomar” from the movie Bhool Bhuliya where SN said why is this song is not promoted ..
The original CD do not have the Bengali version of the song it only has the Hindi version “Mere Dhona” that was what he was referring to … he knew the Hindi version who sang but the same song exist with Bengali version was never promoted… that what he was saying …

If you understand Bengali and listen to this song side by side the song You will find the difference.

The format says one singer will get eliminated each time and the Public will choose the best singer. Everything was going smooth.
Suddenly Aamir got eliminated but the elimination of Aamir was not accepted in a sporting way by his family member and they were trying to turn this into a communal way by naming Raja and Amanat. We all know very well these 2 have nothing to do with this but by naming them they were trying to play the race card.

Aamir’s family claimed there were POOR people and requested the public to vote for him and the public were voting for him not because of his financial condition but he is a great singer.

Do you remember the name of the person who was voted out first in the public round who was alwasy very reserved and was scared in the stage. HE was really poor remember what his mother said he never got a chance to show his talent and they belong to a very poor family I think she spoke from her heart and she took the elimination sportingly.

Many good singer was eliminated like Rohit ShamRao Vasundra Loria and the list will go on.

For one minute let us consider Zee was responsible for Aamir’s elimination but did Zee gave him a platform do you think without Zee you and will know his name… or he would have got a chance to sing with Amitab Bachhan.

I think his family should say a thanks to Zee and not curse the channel.

Now Sanipda this is for you

You said he should not be punished for his family behavior and I agree with you but do you think that any one will try to work with a person who is a minor and his all affair will be taken care by his family and what his elder brother did after that anyone will like to deal with his elder brother. Because as soon as things don’t go his way things are not correct so he is paying a big price and may be go down hill after this as this is the correct time to go up and if no one touches him for next one year he will be forgotten.

    Sjpaleja
Why will SW take him in his school again remember while teaching him if SW thinks there are certain skills that Aamir is not ready for his brother may take it in a wrong way and start a fight with him and I think SW will not like to touch him.

Banning from SRGMP well who knows he may be banned again there are lot of Music Director and lot of channel may not touch him for the same reason. So who knows he may be banned already it is just not official.

Things may go very well South for Aamir now only for one reason.

The worst part is his brother may be also young blood how can his father did such a thing. He was not young.

This is the reason we loose good talent and force to think negative about such people.

I can only wish him best of luck …

    I agree with Sandipb, Surlaya,Chombi,Sami,Rinika,Bolster4u & Umair

Truly, it’s bad taste dat Sonuji reacted so harshly & in such an unprofessional manner. He had no right to publicize the monetary gifts for Aamir. Plus, Aamir coming from under privileged background has no ‘real’ access to proper musical training–classical or otherwise. That his family reacted the way they did by walking out & bad mouthing the show, need not be emphasised more than necessary. It was most unfortunate, especially for Aamir, whose entire future is at stake. ZEE TV should have used their better judgement and edited the ruckus created outside, it only serves to increase TRP, but reflected dismally on their sense of fairness. If Aamir’s family had accepted defeat gracefully, all would fine. But it all boils down to proper grooming, education & polishing in society—all of which had rubbed off on Aamir, as was evident in his heartbreaking farewell. He truly deserved better. How come Sureshji did not think of offering him training to improve his best, if indeed he expected lot from Aamir? It’s heartening to read most viewers have fair minded opinions of the entire sorry episode.
More importantly, the contest is now between three singers of unequal talent. Anamika has proved herself deserving of her place, Rohanpreet has been given a fair chance. Between Tanmay & Aamir, it was Aamir who had better voice quality.

its true that sa re ga ma pa has lost its lustre, not because Amir has been eliminated but because of the mishandling of an unpleasant episode. How can a netwrk cash on peoples loss of control and temper in a moment of disappointment?
Amir had always behaved in a humble and dignified manner, smiling sportingly through all criticism. He did not exhibit any tricks, jokes and subltle self promotion for his voters because he lacked the confidence that comes naturally from a priveleged lifestyle. On the other hand he had imbibed etiquette and manners from his friends and even spoke a smattering of english at times.
And he sang his way into our hearts with his soulful renedering of songs like ‘teri diwani’ and ‘tu bula le’.The fine ness of sur and taal was ofcourse the judges field and he did faulter at times but his voice was way above Rohan and Tanmai.
He should have been recalled the next day to be given a befitting farewell like all the other eliminated kids. He deserved that at least and as a gesture Suresh Wadekar could have invited him to join his school to attain the guidance he is definitely deserving of.
An elimination is not the end of ones life but becoming the target of unpleasantness can harm a child’s psyche forever and all us adults should remember that… his parents, brother… the judges and Adi. I hope you are all feeling guility of breaking a child’s heart and dashing his hopes. A loving sendoff would have made up for it I’m certain.

I’m sure Anamika will win, she desreves to and she too has always exhibited a humble attitude.

But he did not have any professional help (like other contestants) and missing out on small technical details. He is truly gifted. His brother’s behaviout was out of the line. At the same time SONUJI should not make a point of donation money for Amir’s family. Amir was one of best singer and raising ZEE TRP. I wish him all the best. He definitely deserves more support and encouragement and guidance from Judges. HE WAS ALWAYS GIVEN STRONG CONSIDERATIONS BY SURESHJI AND SONUJI IN SPITE OF HIS SEVERAL CARELESS MISTAKES. BEACUSE OF THESE MISTAKES, I THINK HE SHOULD HAVE BEEN ELIMINATED EARLIER. I wish to remind that this show has two objectives, to breed talent in the music industry and see the growth of this culture of which india is rich. In order to do so the judges have to be critical at times. That is how a singer is polished. The other objective is to breed healthy competition in the program. I fully support zee tv for telecasting live on how low a person can get. good singers have been eliminated and they went off gracefully. There is a certain respect and ethical behavior which one must show in order to show that the person is cultured. Amir did a brave attempt to be sporting, but unfortunately the parents behaved otherwise. I hope in future competitions, this unruly clip be shown to all parents and they should be told in no certain terms that such unruly behavior is not tolerated. If they cant take defeat they should not take part in the show. They simply accuse zee tv for fixing the results. Maybe zee tv should set an independant authority to check on the voting to ensure its fairness. I believe there was no vote rigging.

This show is not a live telecast,it’s a pre recorded episod, so Zee Tv shouldn’t expose the reaction of family members infront of the whole world.
It’s really shocking that aamir is out but evenly shocking that a channel like Zee is exposing the personall reaction of family members in front of the world, which they might have avoided by not telecasting the part.

the little clip they showed of amir trying to calm his agitated brother was heartbreaking. A little boy deprived of his farewll, his journey through the show and his final hugs from his friends. Not fair. Amir is a great singer and his presence was sorely missed today. Sonu and wadekar made an unsuccessful attempt at redeeming themselves by saying he had been their favourite always. Its not favouritism that’s needed by these kids… its support, encouragement, kind words and constructive but gentle criticism. I hope Amir’s family has realised what they have done . One cannot impress on the need for education that brings polish and dignity into a person. I hope amir grows up to be different…. and best of luck to the finalists. I hope Anamika wins… she’s way above the boys.
