   I have a feeling that it was Vasundhara who was supposed to be eliminated this week. She called Suresh on stage and had a good performance yesterday, so I guess that made him request that no elimination be done this week. It would be very unfair on the other contestants if that were the case. The rules cannot be manipulated to favor any contestant. All five left are good singers, but its a competition and people have voted, so follow the process. Both Vibhor and Rohit got eliminated earlier than they should have and sang very well in their finales, but they did not have the benefit of “no elimination”. It will alos not be fair if any of the top 3 gets eliminated next week because of this.

   I thoroughly enjoyed 1st February episode.I don’t really care whether someone got eliminated or not.

   I never knew that Sureshji is such a good Tabla player and he runs a music school. I like the way he is contributing to the society by teaching these children. Not like most of the singers who only stick to Bollywood…money and fame. After watching the show my respect for him doubled.

   Also that little glimpse of old version of SRGMP gives a very good idea of the calibre of the participants of those times compared to today.

   No doubt why Vaishali is Sureshji’s chimny! He also has a chimney of his own who looks so much like Vaishali (may lookwise not mouthwise).

   so disappointing, no elimination … was really hopin vasundhara wud b out … i think they should just stick to the format rather than make changes as per their convenience … its so not fair to the other contestants … hope shes out next week … amir rox [ will keep voting for him ]

   The judges were overlooking Vasundra’s mistakes just so that they didn’t want to turn public votes against her, but so noble of the special guest to point out the mistakes, which we all noticed whilst she was singing.

   I agree with Siddarth. Vasu and Rohan were definitely notches better than the rest and that is probably the reason why the eliminations were postponed.

    There should have been an elimination today. Based on their convenience they keep changing/modifying the rules. What if somebody else other than Rohanpreet or Vasundhara is eliminated next week. Would that be fair to that contestant? Lekin phir baat wahi hai…..DUNIYA HAI….HOTA HAI…..CHALTA HAI…..ENJOY BHAI LOGON…

    I also find them accurate 80% of the time, but is 80% good enough?
    Frankly, I thought Sonu wanted to be critical but hesitated because Sureshji had already said “tum ne bahut achha gaaya”…..he said that to everyone today
    I think both of them should give an independent opinion…they sometimes tend to second each other, just to be polite to each other..at least it shows on Sonu’s face whenever he does.

    I saw many commenst on Sonu and Suresh Wadkar. I don’t understand why people don’t like such humble and descent judges. I watch Gajendra singh’s SVOI Chhote Ustaad also. There, I hate the judges. Especially Kunal Ganjawala is very very irritating. Pritam is somewhat okay.
    I like Sonu and Suresh Wadkar’s judgement (at least 80% of the time). They are very critical but honest.

    Frankly speaking, this week I liked Rohanpreet and Vasundhara’s performances compared to other three. I guess, that is why the judhes did not want to loose either of them. To me, Rohanpreet was the best today.

    To be honest, I did not like either of the (Rohanpreet’s and Vasundhara’s) performances today. Even others were just okay, but still much better.
    Rohanpreet ne bahut chadh ke gaaya, and he did a lot of mistakes as well. Vasundhara tried a song which is very difficult for 1 singer to sing. I believe she should have modified it a bit. She was singing non-stop and therefore rushing thru the song. I did not like it.
