Hello Friends…

Welcome back.. Today is 2nd Round of Agnipariksha Round.. Today one of the contestants will get eliminated at the end of the show.. Rimi Dhar of Yalgar Gharana was the first contestant out of 14 finalists who got eliminated..

Group Performance..

Here we go the show starts with all the female participants sang Oh Ajnabee.. Then the boys contestants joined the girls and continued with the song.. And lastly Aditya Narayan joined them all to sing the same song.. Nice group performance. =D>

Aditya welcomed everyone and said that the support and love for Saregamapa Challenge 2007 is increasing day by day.. Today they have received more than 10 lakhs votes which will decide the fate of one contestant who will be eliminated.. Then he welcomed all the judges..

To reveal the results gharana wise he first called upon contestants of Josh Gharana..

Josh Gharana’s Contestants results based on public voting

Abhijit Kosambi - Green Signal (He is in top 12 now)
Sumedha Karmak - Green Signal
Mauli Dave - Yellow Signal (Work Hard.. So she is TRISHANKU - The three contestants getting least votes)

He said that Mauli last week you sang songs in your own style for which all the judges had a hard core arguments.. This is the first time we saw Mauli crying..

Todays Theme is Club Songs..

First to perform from Josh Gharana is Abhijit Koshambi and he sang Koi Kahe Kehta Rahe from the movie Dil Chahta Hai..
He asked everyone to vote for him if they liked his performance..

Next is Sumedha who sang Jawani Jaaneman Hasin Dilruba.. After her performance she thanked whole of India who sent votes for her - which has helped her to reach top 12..

Aditya asked Bappida who does he feel about the performances given by his contestants.. Bappida replied that he is really happy with both of them performance.. He is extremely proud of Sumedha who carried such a mature song nicely..

Himesh Reshammiya’s all contestants got green signals.. Clean Sweep… =D> This is the 2nd week in the row when they all got Green Signal.. Himesh said that he is grateful to all the audience and his fans who voted for his contestants..

First to performe amongst the four is Joy who sang Kaho Na Kaho from the movie Murder. Average performance not so good..

Mussarat sang - To Phir Aao from the movie Awarapan..

Nirupama performed on - Sajna Aaa Bhi Jao from the movie Waisa Bhi Hota Hai..

Aneek Dhar sang Aap Ke Khatir from the movie Aap Ke Khatir.

All four of them requested public toÂ shower their love for them byÂ sending votes in their individual styles.. so that they can move forward..

Aditya asked Himesh to comment on his yodhas today’s performances.. Himesh said today he is not happy with the track played by the musicians.. It is on a very basic level.. So if these four can sing so good with such track then their performance is very appreciable.. He said all the other mentors too agree with what he is saying.. And there were some mistakes but thats ok..

Yalgar Gharana’s results based on public voting.

Aditya called upon Poonam Yadav and Amanat Ali on stage.. And said that last week Ismailji’s gharana’s Rimi Dhar got eliminated.. He asked Ismailji if he wants to say anything on that. To which Ismail said “Chota Parviar Sukhi Parivar”..

Ismail Darbar said the result is based on God’s grace and then on public.. So he asked his two contestants to win everyone’s heart so that they can get more and more votes..

Aditya said both of your contestants are through and are in top 12.. Ismail said lightly that if they are safe I am safe if they are in trouble i am in trouble :D.. Isnt he cute..

Amanat sang Jeene Mere Dil Lootya.. he sang with a very different notes.. Like when he started the song he sang something like.. “This is Amanat in the House.. Come On”.. All the mentors are enjoying his performance a lot.. Especially Vishal-Shekhar Was something unique and nice to hear.. He requested all the public to please please vote for him..

Pocket Size Power House as Aditya calls Poonam is on stage to sing Mahive from the moive Kaante.. Wow Poonam really deserves a round of applause.. Superb performance. After her performance she said if you guys liked my performance please vote for me..

Ismail said that he wants to thank Vishal Shekhar as he boosted him to ask Amanat to sing these type of songs. To which Vishal said that he knew Amanat can sing such songs really well.. So he motivated Amanat..

Hit Squad Gharana’s results based on public voting.

So now 2 contestantsÂ of Hit Squad will be in Trishanku and will join Mauli in Yellow Room..Â Even in last week’s episode 2 (Apurva and Junaid) of 3 Trishanku participants were from Hit Squad..

Raja Hasan - Green Signal Raja

Raja has again got the highest number of votes.. So he is number 1 amongst the other 13 contestants.. Raja got really emotional and started crying..

Junaid sang Ishq Kabhi Kariyo Na..

Raja Hasan sang Ishq Tere Ban Jaaye.. RajaÂ took a pauseÂ for couple of seconds inÂ the middleÂ of the song.. Vishal saidÂ someone in the audience asked him to sing Allah Ke Bande and someone said once more for hisÂ today’s performance.. Vishal pointed out that as he remembered the Allah Ke Bande song really well.. he was able to sing it perfectly.. So he asked Raja to understand the lyrics and learn them properly before choosing and performing the song.. Good Advice Mr. Mentor..

Himesh motivated Raja by sayingÂ thatÂ even cut a single vote just because heÂ made a small mistake.. HeÂ requested public to vote for him the way they already do.. Â

Aditya asked all three of them to give a memorable performance before one of themÂ have to sayÂ goodbye to Saregamapa show forever..

So Apurva is one who got eliminated today.. So guys get ready for a tomorrow’s - 21st July 2007 very interesting and rocking episode.. Salman Khan along with Lara Dutta are going to come on Saregamapa Challenge 2007 to promote the their upcoming movie Partner..
