hi Rohit,
I am a gr8 fan of ur singing..The way u sing,ur versatility and ur range of voice is amazing.U r truly gifted and talented.Do not be bothered abt this small setback…..This was justa platform for learning and showcasing ur talent.U made the maximum use of it.The public voting system is a very unpredictable and dumb system of choosing the winner…and the less said abt it the better. Keep working hard as u always have. Iam sure that one day u will be a very famous singers. My good wishes to u.

Hi rohit,
Hope you feel strong now. You are definitely a very good singer. Just do not bother with this small dip. You should be very proud of your positive oriented father. Remember as you sang in your last song, god is in you and everyone around you. Difficult times shows God’s presence more in you as you use more of your inner strength.
In my dictionary, there is no failure and no negative outcome. Take it in your heart. You will feel the positive result behind every situation. My 19 year old son looked exactly like you when he was small. My second seven year son always watches the competition. So keep ahead with music and be positive.
one well wisher aunty

Just tuned into this show - it comes like a breath of sweet, fresh air after all the cacaphony of vote-in shows which are moronic at best. Highly qualified judges encouraging children to sing their best - this is what SRGM should always be - and welcome back to Sonu Nigam who is the heart and soul of the show.
That being said, Sureshji and Sonu were TOO harsh on poor Rohit. This kid has unbelievable control, strength and emotion in his voice for his age - I predict him to either be a film industry star as big as Sonu or a world-renowned classical singer by age 18. To take him to task on teevra notes in a film song and the fact that his sargam (while being perfectly tune) was syntactically wrong - NOT FAIR. Look at his age, his competition and judge him on that basis - not some purely technical standards - it is no easy feat to do what he did on a live stage, with TV cameras all around and millions watching. He looked ready to cry.
Anyway, that’s my only complaint on an otherwise terrific show, terrific performances and great judges. I hope my 4-year old can someday be in front of Sonu and Sureshji on this stage getting their wisdom and blessings.
Keep it up!!
